Add EMS State License Support

I request support for other credentials such as State EMS License, National Registry for EMT (NREMT), etc

Add RN’s or any other health care worker who has to report for work during inclement weather for active duty. May times you’re trying to remember everything to bring Bc you don’t know how long you’ll be there and if it’s in your phone if you’re stopped trying to get thru, this would be very handy!

The NREMT card is pretty easy with the NREMT app. Having access to the Louisiana Department of Health issued license here would be very convenient though. There is already a link to Louisiana Department of Health for the smart health card.
