Add Support for Real ID

We would like to be able to add Real ID drivers licenses (displayed with the golden star) to LA Wallet.

Since traveling by airplane will require Real ID, it would be nice if it was incorporated in the digital version. (I had a little trouble traveling with my digital license last year).
