  I don't agree because law enforcement will already have knowledge of that information. I know of many people who have made a mistake in their life and have paid dearly for that mistake and are criminalized for the entirety of their life. And some who had been wrongly accused and not represented properly who are also living labeled as a felon. So why can God forgive but we who are at his Mercy cannot?

  That's biased and unfair. The cops can access that info easily enough - why label someone for life everytime they show their ID.

  This would be completely unfair to the felons who are on the process of changing their life to fit the best interest of our society and their own well being.

  This would ring alarm bells. It is known as profiling. Law enforcement already have the means to check your background.

  Not fair cop doesn't know exaçt facts
  No reason for a cop or anyone to know everything for example ( not wearing a sit belt )
